When you need to take that finished .psd and put it on the web, just press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+S and you’ll be taken to Photoshop’s “Save for the Web…” dialog.

When you’re adding text to an image, you are prompted with the Check Box or the Cancel to Commit your changes. Instead of moving your mouse allllll the way up there, just press CTRL+Enter to commit. (or Esc to Cancel)
